The Super University Prospectus - Part 1
I've decided to open a college... I'm calling it the Super University... and all courses taught there will be Super Courses.
Course #1: MSV - Masters in Super Villainy.
Eligibility:
- Must be an evil genius or twisted mastermind
- Must have a number of special abilities
- Must be super rich/powerful
- Must aspire to take over the World. (Aspiring to take over the Universe is a plus)
